Delivery Information
Delivery Rates Information:
- Inside Dhaka Delivery charge 100 BDT (order value upto 2999 BDT)
- Delivery charge is FREE for any order value crosses 2999 BDT
- Outside Dhaka Delivery charge 150 BDT
- Delivery within 48 Hours inside Dhaka, 3-5 days outside Dhaka
Return Information:
- Return will ONLY be accepted, if we send the wrong product, damaged product expired product*.
- No return will be accepted if customer places an order wrongly.
- For Wrong/expired product, we need to be informed within 24 hours of receiving, giving us proof with proper picture. Refund will be done within 3-7 days.
- For Damaged products, we need to be informed immediately after receiving of the products (with proper proof).
- No issue will be taken under consideration after 48 hours of receiving products.
